Nube had moved into a subdivision after most likely being released at a local pond. Being dependent on humans she sought them out. A subdivision resident took pitty on her and began feeding her, componding the problem. Nube made herself at home, on fences, roofs, front porches and even cars. The local residents wanted her gone one way or the other. The resident that was feeding her called the SPCA and they called me. Nube has been with us since March 2003 and recently hatched seven adopted eggs.
